Ms. Henderson is the CEO of McGill and Partners Bermuda which provides (re)insurance broking solutions for specialty (re)insurance clients and markets. She was the President and Head of Portfolio Management at Stable Corporation, an Insurtech offering risk mitigation products for purchasers and sellers of illiquid commodities as well as Chief Underwriting Officer at Peak Capital (formerly Lutece Investment Management). Prior to Peak Capital Ms. Henderson was co-founder and Senior Vice President at Brit Global Specialty Bermuda, responsible for underwriting on behalf of Lloyd’s Syndicate 2987 and co-founded Sussex Capital, where she led underwriting and operational implementations of underwriting, claims, and investor reporting processes. Ms. Henderson has over 20 years of experience in reinsurance and financial services. Ms. Henderson holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Diploma in Board Direction from the Institute of Directors.
