"Chris McGrath is a Senior Vice President within Holborn’s Client Solutions & Corporate Strategy team and has nearly 30 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry.  He joined Holborn from QBE, having served there, among other roles, as President of Middle Market P&C Insurance, Chief Operating & Strategy Officer of the Commercial segment, and Chief Financial Officer of North America. Chris’ experience spans underwriting, portfolio optimization, risk selection, risk appetite, and pricing and he has broad and extensive expertise in operations, strategy, finance, risk, ratings, and capital through his years with insurance carriers, reinsurance brokers, and public accounting firms. Chris is a Certified Public Accountant and previously held a General Securities Registered Representative designation by passing his Series 7 and 63 exams while working in the insurance-linked securities sector.  Chris holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Seton Hall University. Personally, Chris has been married for nearly 25 years, and he and his wife have 3 wonderful daughters and 2 beautiful golden retrievers. Chris enjoys traveling with his family, cooking, and playing in his 35+ baseball league."
