Her background is capital and exposure management, pricing, portfolio steering and ILS. She currently lives in NYC, and has had exposure to the US, London and international markets. Maddy is the current President of industry-sponsored U.S Reinsurance Under 40 where she leads Charity, Education, Partnerships and the group’s efforts to attract talent in reinsurance. She’s also a Board member of the Network of Actuarial Women and Allies, a non-profit that helps advance women actuaries at all stage of their careers."
