Geoff sits on the NA Executive responsible for North American operations. Geoff is focused on strategic initiatives for new business production, monitoring sales strategies and agreeing on annual sales plans, including the relevant KPIs and targets. In addition to his North American responsibilities, Geoff remains actively involved in the Canadian region as Chairman. Geoff previously led the Canadian region of Willis/Gallagher Re where he initiated significant investment during his 10-year tenure. He managed the firm's business development efforts, held account management responsibilities for a variety of regional, national and specialty insurance clients, and was responsible for hiring and developing broking talent for the region. Prior to that, Geoff was with Guy Carpenter for over 13 years, where he held a variety of positions in Toronto, New York, and London. Geoff holds an Honors B.A. degree from York University's Schulich School of Business and an M.B.A. degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He completed the international risk analyst exchange program where he obtained work experience in New York, and as a Lloyd's of London broker, and has earned his designation of Associate in Reinsurance.
