John Speckman joined BMS Re in 2019 and serves as Head of Programs. He began his career in 1997 at SOREMA North America, then worked as an underwriter at Gen Re. Later roles included Director at Aon Re, EVP at Atlas General, and SVP at JLT Re, specializing in MGA programs and Workers Compensation. John holds CPCU, RPLU, ARe, ASLI, AU, and ARM designations.
