Lisa Richmond is Chief of Staff, AXA XL Reinsurance and a member of the Reinsurance Leadership Team. In this role she is responsible for strategic initiatives as well as the Marketing & Comms and Client Intelligence teams. Prior to this, Lisa has held various roles at AXA XL (XL) in Reinsurance, Risk Management, Strategy and Internal Audit. She has been with the organization since 2005. Lisa has worked in the (Re)Insurance industry for over 20 years and began her career with PWC in Ireland. She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and has a CPCU designation.
