How To Enter
Instructions
Once the nominations are open in October 2026, please visit the categories page and follow the next steps.
Start your entry/entries for the awards by clicking here or the top right button "LOGIN" . You will then be required to create an account or login if you already have one.
Once you have created an account and logged in, click on the drop-down arrow underneath 'Add more categories' to select your category.
Once chosen, click on '+ ADD SELECTED' to move the category to your 'Basket'.
Scroll down to 'Awards Nomination' and complete all the required information and questions.
Please note: If you add multiple categories to your basket, you will need to complete all the fields again for each category. You will not be able to clone entries, but you are able to copy and paste information into each entry form.
If you are unable to complete all the fields in one go, please select 'Save for later' which will move your entries to 'Saved items' . To resume your submission, select the saved item and click on 'Move to in progress' to complete the form.
Once all fields have been completed, scroll down to the area beneath the summary and click to accept the I have read and accept the 'Terms and Conditions' , and click 'CONTINUE' .
Complete your personal details and press 'NEXT' at the bottom of the screen.
You will then see the summary page. Click on 'COMPLETE' to submit your entries.
Once the entries have been processed, you’ll be presented with a 'Thank you' page followed by an email confirming the information.
Hints and Tips
Choose the Right Category(ies)
It may seem obvious, but make sure that you have chosen the right category for you. Which one allows you to showcase yourself, your team, or your firm the right way?
Read All Judging Criteria & Questions
Twice! Make sure your entry fits the criteria indicated, and that your answers are relevant to what is being asked.
Keep It Succinct
Think about what you really want to showcase in your entry. Keep it clear and concise to make it easier for our judges to read.
Note: This year we have a 600/300-word limit on all questions (but this doesn't mean you have to reach it!).
Make It Relevant
Tailor your entry to each criteria. Avoid copying and pasting the same entry for multiple categories, unless the question is asking for the same information.
Give Evidence
Use the support material function on the entry forms to back up your claims. You can upload testimonials, videos, and documents to make your entry really stand out.
FAQs
The Awards are open to both companies and individuals who can meet the criteria of the category/categories they wish to enter.
Entering the Awards is free of charge. Please note that you must have permission from the nominee to enter them.
Entrants should be based in or have operations in the MENA region and ideally be able to attend the Awards ceremony in Dubai on Thursday, April 15 2027
The online nomination form will need to be submitted multiple times if you wish to enter multiple categories.
All nominations must be received by midnight GST on Friday, January 8th 2027
Intelligent Insurer has gathered together a panel of expert industry judges, details of whom can be found under Judges . The awards categories will be judged using a points-based scoring system, followed by a discussion amongst select judges who have no conflict of interest in the category to decide the winner and highly commended per category.
In order to attend the Awards ceremony in Dubai you will need to purchase a table or be invited to join a table. Tables of 10 are available to purchase. Please contact Will Sutton at wsutton@newtonmedia.co.uk for further details.
The winners will be unveiled at a glittering evening Awards ceremony in Dubai on Thursday, April 15, 2027in April of 2027, for what will be the MENA insurance networking event of the year. Tickets will be highly sought after so don’t miss your chance to take part!
