The Awards are open to both companies and individuals who can meet the criteria of the category/categories they wish to enter.

Entering the Awards is free of charge. Please note that you must have permission from the nominee in order to enter them.

Nominations for the 2027 awards will open in June 2026 with the deadline to enter being October 9th, 2026.

Entrants should be based in or have operations in the UK and/or Europe and ideally able to attend the Awards ceremony in London.

Our new online nomination platform will allow you to enter as many categories as you wish.

The deadline for nominations was Friday, October 9th, 2026 at 23.59 BST.

Intelligent Insurer has gathered together a panel of expert industry judges, details of whom can be found on the Awards website. All the awards categories will be judged using a points-based scoring system followed by a discussion amongst the judges to decide the winner per category. Not all judges will judge each category. Please note that the judges for each category are carefully selected to ensure no conflict of interest in the categories they are judging.

The winners will be unveiled at a glittering evening Awards ceremony in London on February 3, where nearly 550+ people will convene for what's become the cyber insurance networking event of the year. Tickets are highly sought after so don’t miss your chance to take part!

In order to attend the Awards ceremony in London you will need to purchase a table or be invited to join a table. Tables of 10 are available to purchase. Please contact James Brown at jbrown@newtonmedia.co.uk for further details - last year the ceremony sold-out in just 3 weeks so don’t delay!

The Awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday, February 3rd, 2027 at The Brewery, 52 Chiswell St, London EC1Y 4SD.

All entries for Intelligent Insurer’s Cyber Insurance Awards Europe must be examples of work carried out in the 14 months leading up to the awards submission deadline unless stated differently in the category description. Work that has been produced specifically for the awards will not be accepted.

All examples submitted must be an accurate representation of the original and must not be altered in any way to affect the judge’s decision.

Entries are welcomed from any individual, company or team, or the departments of any International company or organisation providing that they meet the criteria for the category they are entering. Communications / PR agencies or consultancies may only enter on behalf of their organisation. Communications / PR agencies or consultancies may enter work produced on behalf of a client - but only the client name will be accepted as the entrant in this case.

NB. These awards are to celebrate excellence in cyber insurance. Please ensure the appropriate department works closely on the submission to ensure its technical accuracy.
