Mina Sahib started her career in Toronto, Canada with State Farm in P&C Claims. In 2013 she moved to the Middle East to join regional insurers, brokers and global solution providers establishing her commitment to business and digital transformation in the insurance sector. She is Managing Director of The Code Consultancy, an implementation consultancy for the insurance sector, and the appointed VP of MENA for mea Platform, a global AI insurance solutions provider. She is also the Founder of the Women's Insurance Network - MENA, a UAE based initiative providing spaces for female insurance professionals in the region. Mina Sahib has a B.A in Political Science from York University in Toronto, Canada, a mini-MBA in Digital Insurance from the TDI Academy, an award in General Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute and is PMP Certified from the Project Management Institute.
