Queenie Chong is Marsh’s Cyber Placement Leader for the U.S. and Canada, advising key North American clients on the design, negotiation and placement of cyber and professional liability (E&O) insurance programmes. She also supports the placement of local policies outside the United States. Queenie joined Marsh in 1997, beginning her career in risk management information systems before moving to the Alternative Risk Transfer team, where she worked on captive formation, loss portfolio transfers and global fronting programmes. Since 1999, she has specialised in financial and professional lines insurance for Marsh’s largest and most complex clients, including D&O, employment practices, fiduciary, crime/FI, kidnap and ransom, E&O and cyber insurance. Before joining Marsh, Queenie briefly worked for the Singapore government. She is fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese.
