With nearly 20 years of experience spanning technology, cybersecurity and insurance, he specializes in cyber risk, emerging technologies and the evolving risk implications of Artificial Intelligence. He leads Allianz Commercial's global Cyber claims operations and drives the organization's AI risk and claims strategy, helping to identify, assess, and respond to emerging AI-related exposures across multiple lines of business. Having worked across IT, corporate development, underwriting, and claims, Michael brings a unique end-to-end perspective on how technological innovation is reshaping risk. Michael holds Master's degrees in Information Technology and Business Administration and is based in Munich.
