Dr. Lucy Fraser began her career in cyber at the City of London Corporation, working with their Police force on cyber prevention for financial and professional services. She subsequently led cyber policy at the Association of British Insurers before joining Tokio Marine Kiln as a Cyber Risk Analyst. In her current role, she contributes to the development of cyber risk frameworks and underwriting strategy. Dr. Fraser holds a PhD in Engineering from University College London, funded jointly by the Faculty of Engineering and the Department of Computer Science.
