Dr Lucy Fraser brings nearly a decade of experience in cyber security and computer science. She is a cyber analyst at Tokio Marine Kiln, helping to drive sustainable market growth. Before this she was at the Association of British Insurers (ABI), where she was responsible for advising members on cyber policy requirements in the London Market and leading the ABI’s engagement with the Government on key sector issues. Prior to this, she led on economic crime and cyber policy analysis at the City of London Corporation.
Dr. Lucy Fraser began her career in cyber at the City of London Corporation, working with their Police force on cyber prevention for financial and professional services. She subsequently led cyber policy at the Association of British Insurers before joining Tokio Marine Kiln as a Cyber Risk Analyst. In her current role, she contributes to the development of cyber risk frameworks and underwriting strategy. Dr. Fraser holds a PhD in Engineering from University College London, funded jointly by the Faculty of Engineering and the Department of Computer Science.
