Shannan Fort is International Cyber Product Leader at Marsh Specialty, bringing over 16 years of international experience in cyber and financial lines insurance. Based in London, she plays a pivotal role in driving product innovation, commercialisation, and services that strengthen client resilience against evolving cyber threats. Shannan joined Marsh from McGill and Partners, where she was a Partner in Financial Lines and Cyber. Prior to that, she spent 13 years at Aon in New York and London, holding senior leadership roles including Cyber Product Development Leader in Aon’s Global Broking Centre. With a proven track record in shaping cyber products and strategies across global markets, Shannan is recognised for her expertise in helping organisations design effective cyber risk management frameworks and insurance programmes in an ever-changing threat landscape.
